Payments can be made through Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid online payment.

Shipping will be initiated within 5 business days from order placement, as each product is customized and energized with your details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

In case of product damage or wrong delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
