Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as every bath salt is specially energized with the customer’s name and intention.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the personalized and energized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

  • Refunds will only be processed if:

    1. The product is damaged during transit.

    2. You have received the wrong product.

Process for Refund (if applicable)

  • To claim a refund in the above cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging

  • Product unboxing video is also required.

  • Once verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.
