Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as every bath salt is specially energized with the customer’s name and intention.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and energized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
Refunds will only be processed if:
The product is damaged during transit.
You have received the wrong product.
Process for Refund (if applicable)
To claim a refund in the above cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging
Product unboxing video is also required.
Once verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.
